1. Destinations & Rates

  • Portugal & EU: competitive rates calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service.
  • UK & International: rates shown at checkout. Transit times vary by carrier and customs processing.

All prices and shipping fees are displayed in the checkout summary in GBP/EUR as applicable.

2. Processing Times

  • Order handling: 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • Cut-off: orders after 12:00 (noon) may be processed the next working day.
  • Peak periods (sales/holidays) may add processing time.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking (when available) is emailed once dispatched.
  • Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Missed deliveries may be reattempted or held at a collection point.

4. Address Accuracy & Changes

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. After dispatch, we cannot change the address. Returned parcels due to incorrect address, refusal or non-collection can be re-shipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded excluding original shipping (if any).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders outside your country may incur import duties/taxes charged by local authorities. These are the customer’s responsibility and not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged

  • Damage/shortages: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Delayed/lost: contact us if tracking stalls or exceeds the estimate; outcomes depend on carrier investigation.
