Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges and refunds in line with UK & EU consumer standards.

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

Email contact@linenmaison.com with your order number, full name and reason for return. We will confirm instructions and return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to the original method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Sale Items & Bundles

Discounted items and promotional bundles are generally non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty/incorrect. We recommend a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times vary).
